4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• WhatsApp API charges are based on usage
• All fees are non-refundable
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms of service
• You engage in fraudulent activities
• Your WhatsApp Business account is banned
• You fail to pay required fees

6. Limitation of Liability

SaaS Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
