All sales are final. WatsAppKaro operates a strict NO REFUNDS policy under any circumstances.

1. No Refunds Policy

SaaS Solutions LLC operates WatsAppKaro under a strict no-refunds policy. This means:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind or business requirements
    • Inability to use the service due to technical issues on your end
    • WhatsApp Business API account suspension or ban
    • Dissatisfaction with service features or performance
    • Failure to achieve desired business results
    • Account termination for policy violations

2. Service Credits

In exceptional circumstances where our service experiences significant downtime due to our infrastructure issues, we may, at our sole discretion, provide service credits. Service credits are not refunds and can only be applied to future billing cycles.

3. WhatsApp API Charges

WhatsApp API usage charges are:

  • Billed directly by WhatsApp/Meta
  • Non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Based on actual message delivery
  • Subject to WhatsApp's own billing policies

4. Account Suspension

If your account is suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp Business policies, you will not be eligible for any refunds of subscription fees or usage charges already paid.

5. Third-Party Services

Any charges related to third-party services, integrations, or additional features are subject to their respective refund policies and are not covered by this policy.

6. Billing Disputes

For billing disputes, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate legitimate billing errors, but this does not constitute a refund policy.

7. Free Trial Policy

If we offer free trials, no charges will be made during the trial period. However, once you convert to a paid plan, this no-refunds policy applies immediately.
